We’re calling his craftily-timed (just in time for the Madison Square Garden tournament!) announcement a big Brett Favre. “Stepping away will allow [him] to spend quality time with his wife and kids”, sure. And spark a lot of talk.
Does it mean the end of a fourteen season career? We’ll believe it when we see it.
